STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT FREDONIA

The purpose of this solicitation is to provide dedicated internet access to the University, which is managed end-to-end over fiber. Providers interested in submitting a proposal must carefully read the specifications contained in the Official Bid Document.  Providers are strongly advised to promptly respond to Page 3 of this document entitled: Acknowledgement: Receipt of Request-For-Proposal Documents, which is the only assurance of receiving updates (including answers to the Q&A period) and in a timely manner. 

Proposers are also advised to pay particular attention to the details of the Official Bid Document to ensure their proposals are accurate and complete. 

All Proposers must be aware  that in accordance with requirements of New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j & k ("Lobbying Law"), the RESTRICTED PERIOD for this procurement is in effect.  Therefore, all communications regarding this procurement must be handled through Fredonia's designated contacts ONLY.  Designated Contacts are as follows:
