Dr. Webb specializes in string orchestra arrangements of music by Black American composers of the early 20th century “pre-jazz” era. Handy (1873-1958), will be available to school orchestras in the coming months.

Webb has presented research-based sessions for practitioners at state and national music education conferences, is a frequent guest conductor/clinician for festival and all-state orchestras and serves as the string camp director for the SUNY Fredonia Summer Music Festival.
