Roger Coda

Luther Robinson, M.D., a pediatrician at the Jericho Road Community Health Center in Buffalo, will share his experiences serving refugees and underserved communities during a virtual discussion on Monday, Nov. 2, at 6:30 p.m.

Students will have an opportunity to ask questions about equality in health care and Dr. Robinson’s experiences as a Black physician. Questions can be submitted in advance after completing the registration process.

“COVID-19 continues to expose the inequalities faced by vulnerable populations, and it is crucial to understand healthcare inequalities and how to care for the underserved,” said Elizabeth Hahn, president of the campus affiliate of Partners in Health Engage, which is partnering with the Fredonia Health Professions Advising Committee to host the Nov. 2 talk.

Partners in Health Engage is a grassroots organization that strengthens local and global communities in the fight for health equity.
