Fredonia School of Music's Piano Area Head, Fr. Sean Duggan, will host a Piano Camp from June 26-July 2.

The camp is part of the growing Fredonia Summer Music Festival, which also offers programs for middle school and high school band camp, solo vocal camp, and string camp.

Pianists in grades 8 to 12 are invited to register for the week-long program, which offers both residential and commuter options.  “Instruction will be geared towards intermediate through advanced high school pianists," said Duggan. "Students will have daily lessons, attend master classes and workshops on technique, musical phrasing, and more, and will choose from several elective classes and recreational activities shared with campers in the band and vocal programs."

There is no audition required. Deadline to register is June 5, although spaces in Piano Camp are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions? Contact the School of Music via email at summermusicfestival@fredonia.edu
